The American Booksellers Association (ABA) has announced the winners of the 2019 Indies Choice, E.B. White Read Aloud, and Indie Champion Awards. Our authors received two Indies Choice Awards, determined by independent booksellers from ABA member stores, selecting their favorite titles published last year, and casting their votes via online balloting. These booksellers also chose an Indie Champion Award and three new inductees into the Picture Book Hall of Fame, including two of our classic young readers titles. All prizes and honors will be presented and celebrated on Thursday, May 30, at the ABA Indies Choice Awards ceremony at BookExpo 2019 at the Javits Convention Center in Manhattan.
