Speak Up – How Do I Report a Concern?

Speak-up channels serve to make serious concerns known, such as violations of laws or regulations, or harassment. At Penguin Random House, employees, business partners, and third parties always have the opportunity to ask for advice and discuss a concern about potential misconduct. When investigating reports of misconduct, the rights of everyone involved are protected and decisions on disciplinary measures are made fairly, appropriately, confidentially, and transparently.

These include, for example, the United Nations (UN) Global Compact, the Guidelines for multinational enterprises published by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the labor and social standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
