What have been your biggest learnings from COVID-19?
Life and health are our top priorities, and the most important asset of our companies are the employees and authors. Real people are what our work is made of.

What has inspired you during this time?
The chains of solidarity that are built in these times. Governments that respect human beings. Not mine, by the way.
What are some challenges you, personally as CEO, and your local territory have been facing?
Helping people overcome the stress that comes with isolation has been a challenge, and also keeping the faith in the future of our society.
Do you have any advice for our global colleagues?
I suggest the constant exercise to look out of our belly, look at the others, not only at our problems.
