PRH’s McBride, Adjei-Brenyah, Grann, More Make ‘24 ALA Notable Books List
While best known as a showcase for its cascade of Youth Media Awards, like the Newbery Medal for Dave Eggers, announced January 22, the just-concluded national Library Learning Experience (LLX) gathering also presents some coveted Adult title recognitions.
Chief among them is the ALA Notable Books list, an annual best-of compilation, comprised of 25 fiction, nonfiction, and poetry titles, selected by The Notable Books Council. Here are its selections for 2024, of PRH 2023 publications:
