A Reading, Talk and Q&A with Jenny Offill about WEATHER via Zoom (4/23)

Jenny Offill, author of WEATHER (Knopf), gives a reading, followed by a conversation and Q&A at a virtual event hosted by NYU Creative Writing Program senior faculty member and National Book Critics Circle Award winning Random House author Darin Strauss via Zoom on Thursday, April 23, at 6:00pm (ET).

From the beloved author of the nationwide bestseller Dept. of Speculation—one of the New York Times Book Review‘s Ten Best Books of the Year—WEATHER is a “darkly funny and urgent” (NPR) tour de force about a family, and a nation, in crisis.

Offill is the author of the novels Last Things (a New York Times Notable Book of the Year and a finalist for the L.A. Times First Book Award), and Dept. of Speculation, which was shortlisted for the Folio Prize, the PEN Faulkner Award and the International Dublin Award. She lives in upstate New York and teaches at Syracuse University and in the low residency program at Queens University.
