Books of Wonder proudly hosts the ThrillerFest Teen Panel, featuring Kara Thomas and her newest book, LITTLE MONSTERS (Delacorte Press). The Panel discussion will take place on Thursday, July 13 at 6:00 p.m. Other panelists include Elle Cosimano (THE SUFFERING TREE), Megan Miranda (THE SAFEST LIES), and Ashley Elston (This Is Our Story).
LITTLE MONSTERS, following on the heels of THE DARKEST CORNERS (Ember), contains the same masterful storytelling and twists that make Thomas’s writing so gripping. Kacey is the newest girl in Broken Falls and has stepped into a brand new life with her stepfamily. A new circle of friends welcome her in, but before long, they begin acting distant. When Kacey’s former best friend doesn’t return home from a party, everyone begins looking toward Kacey for the answers.
Set to make a splash in the Summer YA reading market at the end of this month, the book has already been featured by Bustle. For fans of Pretty Little Liars, LITTLE MONSTERS is a new psychological thriller about appearances versus reality and the power of manipulation amongst teenage girls. Thomas’s next novel, THE CHEERLEADERS, is due to be released in Summer 2018.
