Penguin Random House employees are invited to attend a discussion with author Steven Levy. He will be discussing his new Blue Rider Press title, FACEBOOK: The Inside Story , with Issie Lapowsky, senior reporter for Protocol, on Thursday, February 27, at Barnes & Noble on the Upper West Side (2289 Broadway) in Manhattan. The event will take place from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, and seating will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Levy has written seven previous books and his work has appeared in Rolling Stone, Harper’s Magazine, Macworld, The New York Times Magazine, Esquire, The New Yorker, and Premiere. Levy has also won several awards during his thirty-plus years of writing about technology, including for his book Hackers, which PC Magazine named the best sci-tech book written in the last twenty years; and for Crypto, which won the grand e-book prize at the 2001 Frankfurt Book Fair.
