Our Winners of the 2021 IACP Awards

The International Association of Culinary Professionals announced the winners of its prestigious IACP Awards, which recognize the very best Cookbooks, Digital Media, Food Photography & Styling, and Food Writing of the Year, at the 43rd annual IACP conference, held on Saturday, October 23, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Among the winners were multiple Penguin Random House books, authors, and editors, from Ten Speed Press, Clarkson Potter, Penguin Canada, America’s Test Kitchen (a PRHPS client publisher), as well as Punch and Taste, our publisher-agnostic digital magazines. Ten Speed Press and Clarkson Potter continued to lead the industry with the most award wins of any publisher. Congratulations to all of our prize-winning publishers, authors, and editors, with a special shout out to Clarkson Potter VP & Editor-in-Chief Francis Lam, who won an award for his American Public Media radio show, The Splendid Table.
