Skip Dye Honored With the Library Champion Award

We are thrilled to shine a spotlight on Skip Dye, SVP & Director, Sales Operations & Library Sales, Library Marketing & Sales, who last Thursday, November 14, was honored with the prestigious Library Champion award by the Friends of Delaware Libraries and the Delaware Legislative Committee. This accolade is a testament to Skip’s unwavering dedication and tireless advocacy for library funding in Delaware at the Federal level over the past three years.

The celebration didn’t stop there! They also commemorated the opening of two new library buildings in Delaware, a direct result of the vital funding and support championed by Skip. His impactful work extends beyond funding, as they have been instrumental in instructing and supporting Library Trustees, Friends Groups, and Library Foundations across the state.
In response to the recognition, Skip said, “It’s truly an honor to receive the Library Champion Award. I’m both humbled and inspired by this recognition. I will continue to work for our libraries.”
