PRH and the LA Dodgers Foundation Celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Jackie Robinson Breaking MLB’s Color Barrier

Penguin Random House partnered with the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) to celebrate the 75^th anniversary of Jackie Robinson breaking major league baseball’s color barrier at a special event at Longfellow Elementary School in Pasadena, CA, where Robinson attended elementary, middle, and high school. The celebration featured a reading of PRH title I AM JACKIE ROBINSON by Brad Meltzer from Jackie and Rachel Robinson’s son David Robinson, Dodgers pitcher David Price, and Players Alliance members Curtis Granderson and Edwin Jackson.
